At ActivEats, we understand this challenge, and we have the perfect solution – freshly prepared, healthy eating meal plans delivered right to your door. A healthy meal plan from ActivEats is:

How it Works

Healthy Food

You’ve heard it said, “abs are made in the kitchen”, or, “you can’t out-exercise a bad diet”. Well, it’s true. In order to get results from your fitness regime you need to be eating right, but eating right can be a confusing challenge. There are a ton of fad diets and supplements that claim to change your life, and a multitude of products that are marketed as “healthy” when really they are anything but. On top of this, meal prep and planning is something that many people don’t have time for. We all lead busy lives that often leave us prioritizing convenience over health when it comes to what we eat.

For now, we deliver one day a week, every Wednesday from 3 pm till 9 pm. All orders must be placed by the Sunday before, no later than 6 PM. All orders received after 6 PM on Sunday, will be automatically transferred to the week after’s Wednesday, no the coming weeks Wednesday. The package is delivered to your door, but we’re all busy people, so if no one is home to receive the package, its left in front of your door for you to pick up

We know that when it comes to health and fitness goals, there’s no magic supplement or diet that will change your life completely. But creating healthy, balanced meals to help you reach your fitness goals can be difficult when there is so much misinformation about sports nutrition. Since each of our healthy meal plans are created by trainers and nutritionists, everything in your healthy meal package will be based on principles of sports nutrition – no fad diets or misinformation involved. Our sports nutrition experts also know how to craft a healthy eating meal package that meets all your sports nutrition needs while substituting ingredients that dietary restraints may not allow you to eat. If you are vegetarian, vegan, or free of gluten*, other meal delivery services may not have options for you. Free of Gluten

Reach Peak Performance with our meals: Many of us suffer the most common symptoms of gluten intolerance but are unaware of them, such as sinus, post nasal drip, inability to fight with seasonal cold, flu and allergies, yeast infection or candida, brain fog, stomach cramps or aches, anxiety, acid reflux, fatigue, muscle pain etc. Take your fitness to the next level when enjoying the taste of balanced nutritious meals that are made without gluten containing ingredients.

Dairy Free

The reason we do not add dairy in our meals is because dairy is one of the high allergen food and most dairy derived products are high in antibiotics, hormones (especially estrogen) that have negatively impact your health and sports performance. Avoid symptoms such as gas, bloating, muscle cramps, gurgling sound in the belly, digestive distress, irritable bowel syndrome, body aches, headaches, migraines, hormonal acne, asthma, seasonal allergies, bad body odor, and brain fog. You will feel stronger, lighter and healthier when you eat our meals.

Balanced Sodium

At ActivEats we are about your health and fitness. Therefore we stay under 2300 MG of sodium per day (3 meals combined). This is the RDA official recommendation. Average Canadians consume over 3400 mg per day which is well over the recommended daily intake.
